Location- Crowley, LA
Shift- Days (3โ€“4 days/week, Monโ€“Sat)
Guaranteed Hours- 36 hrs/week
Contract Length- 8 Weeks

Pay Package:
  • Weekly Gross: $2,002
  • W2 Rate /Hr: $21
  • Weekly Stipend: $1,246
Additional Benefits:
  • 8 hrs Paid Orientation
  • 13 hrs Sick Leave

Required Certification: BLS

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • Recent DCI experience strongly preferred
  • Must be comfortable performing both floor RN and Charge RN duties
  • Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis experience
  • Fresenius T machines and chairside charting experience
  • Mondayโ€“Saturday operations with 2 shifts per day
  • Approximately 3โ€“4 shifts/week, including Saturday rotation
  • Will float to Jennings as needed
  • MWF: approximately 17 patients/shift
  • TTS: approximately 12 patients/shift
  • Average census: 56โ€“60 patients
  • RN/PCT ratio: 12:1 / 4:1
