Job description

The Bennett Family of Companies is seeking a full-time Bi-Lingual(French and English) Financial Solutions Analyst I at our Corporate office located in McDonough, GA.

Overview:

Responsible for the accurate input of key carrier invoice data to assure audit can occur and carrier be paid promptly. Report any 'new' or 'unusual' information on invoices/paperwork to supervisor. Provide reporting as required by supervisor.

Duties:

  • Assure timely entry of carrier invoices into database, volume is critical along with accuracy.
  • Identify areas of improvement within the department.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be open to change.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • Office environment skill set, preferred
  • Customer service core value, mandatory
  • Data entry experience, mandatory
  • Knowledge of trucking industry, preferred
  • Knowledge of carrier settlements, preferred
  • Driver settlements experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience using AS400 is a huge plus
