Who are we?

XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems, focused on research and energy development to reduce carbon footprints.

Location: Mesa, Arizona, United States.

We are looking for a qualified Program Procurement Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic integrator between Application Engineering, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Work with Application Engineering to build submittal proposals for the Sales Organization.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure unit cost accuracy, margin control, and manage cost impacts following change orders.
  • Partner with Procurement to negotiate and structure all component pricing.
  • Translate negotiated component pricing into accurate unit cost models used in submittals and financial planning.
  • Maintain and continuously update pricing databases, BOM cost structures, and supplier agreements relevant to AHU programs.
  • Support Application Engineers with cost insights and sourcing constraints during proposal development.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to analyze supplier quotes, track market trends, and ensure pricing competitiveness.
  • Partner with Finance to validate cost assumptions, support margin analysis, and ensure alignment with business targets.
  • Drive cost transparency and traceability across the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to supplier strategy discussions, especially for high-impact or custom components.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, program management, or cost engineering—preferably in HVAC, AHU, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of AHU components, BOM structures, and cost drivers is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and cost modeling tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and agile environment.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, especially for Canada‑based operations.
