As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Services in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine access control activities, help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Use technology to document observations and support daily operations while working with a collaborative team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site policies.
  • Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
