Job description

Weโ€™re hiring โ€” and weโ€™re not looking for someone who just wants another sales job.

Forza Logistics Group is growing, and weโ€™re looking for a Freight Sales Representative who wants to get in early, build a book of business, and help build something bigger.

This is a true sales role.

Youโ€™ll be responsible for:

* Prospecting and developing new shipper relationships

* Cold calling, emailing, networking, and opening doors

* Building and managing your own pipeline

* Understanding customersโ€™ freight challenges

* Working with our operations team to deliver on what you sell

* Growing accounts into long-term partnerships

Who we want:

Someone hungry.

Someone competitive.

Someone who isnโ€™t afraid to pick up the phone.

Someone who understands that rejection is part of sales and keeps going anyway.

Freight or logistics sales experience is a plus โ€” but drive, personality, work ethic, and the ability to build relationships matter even more.

At a large brokerage, you can be another salesperson in a sea of hundreds.

At Forza, youโ€™ll work directly with leadership, have a voice in how we grow, and have the opportunity to build your career as the company grows.

Weโ€™re building a different kind of logistics company โ€” focused on service, communication, security, and actually doing what we tell customers weโ€™re going to do.
