Job description

We are seeking a Material Handler for a 6+ month (potential to convert to perm) contract position in Tulsa, OK!

Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder/U.S. permanent resident that can be on our W-2. No 3rd party candidates

Must pass background check & drug screen

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hour W2 (potential to convert to perm)

In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting engineering and installation operations by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate material handling within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Prepare and process engineering installation orders
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling, shipment tracking, and issue resolution with carriers and installers
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and reconciliations in SAP
  • Load/unload and verify incoming and outgoing materials against documentation
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders using UPS WorldShip and freight carriers (LTL)
  • Process RMAs, returns, and de-install materials using SAP and internal tools
  • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and system issues
  • Support rotational after-hours/on-call shipment requests

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ year of warehouse experience (WMS required)
  • Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and returns processing
  • Strong computer skills (SAP experience highly preferred, along with Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Knowledge of international shipping or freight shipping
  • Forklift Certified

Preferred Experience:

  • SAP / SAP WM systems
  • High-volume distribution environments
  • Telecommunications materials and equipment handling
