Job description

The EV Operations Admin Specialist will work at the Hyundai Motor Group Manufacturing plant in Ellabell, GA, supporting the EV Operations Manager in continuous improvement projects at both the plant and the Duluth headquarters. Key responsibilities include reviewing processes, data collection and analysis, and reporting. This role demands strong leadership, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Primary:

  • Observe current process, collect data, conduct data analysis and recommend improvement ideas to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Assist EV Operations Managers, Headquarters and EV Operations staff in daily business operations
  • Provide direction and support regarding daily production goals and requirements
  • Maintain communication with Senior Manager and customers and provide communication to ensure understanding of issues and required actions
  • Process Account Transactions and filing
  • Perform weekly settlement
  • Perform monthly A/R and A/P closing
  • Provide understanding of the daily business issues, plans and goals
  • Daily, Weekly, and monthly Reporting to Sr. Manager, Headquater and customers

Secondary:

  • Weekly invoice to Customer
  • Update organizational charts with updates (restructures, new hires, terminations).
  • Complete daily reports and report assignments as required (Daily Operation etc.)
  • Perform support duties for the headquarter HR and safety teams
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • Assist and support management and internal teams as requested

Tertiary:

  • Provide training to new hires and coaching to existing employees as needed.
  • Ensure office and facility cleanliness and organization.

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred but Not Required
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Korean Bi-lingual preferred

SKILLS:

  • 0 - 5 year(s) of experience in fast-paced, professional, business environment experience in Accounting, Billings, Logistics, Freight Forwarding and/or Supply Chain Management Preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and other productivity applications and platforms.
  • Team player, willing to support activities to drive great customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
