Job description

Seeking an Individual to assist in Freight Brokering and Dispatching Ground and some air loads. You will take customers call or email and find a unit to pickup the load, and set up tracking. Also, some entering billing or data entry will occur when not working on the loads. You will look in Transportation Management systems to find the best unit and proper unit to run the load. You will be working in Excel, Satellite tracking software, and other systems. Must maintain a good demeanor with Customers, Drivers, and other stake holders. Will work in office Regular Business hours while taking on call some evenings via phone and laptop in case another shipment comes in after hours that need dispatched. On call will rotate and of course is extra pay on those evenings. Experience in TMS systems like Alliance, Full Circles, Descartes, etc are a huge plus. Expedited logistics sales also a huge plus.
