Box Loader/Unloader - West Jordan, UT

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Position Summary

Team members are responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of freight while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Loading Duties:
Load boxes from a conveyor belt into trailers by hand
Scan packages using handheld scanning equipment
Transport freight cages between staging areas and loading zones
Arrange and secure freight to maximize trailer space and efficiency

Unloading Duties:
Remove boxes from trailers and place them onto conveyor systems
Scan and sort packages into designated freight cages
Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in a busy warehouse environment

Pay and Earnings:
Compensation is based on the number of trailers or cases processed
Typical earnings range from $16 to $25 per hour
Top-performing employees can earn between $25 and $35 per hour
Increased productivity can lead to higher earnings

Work Schedule:
First Shift: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Additional weekend hours may be available when needed

Qualifications:
Excellent attendance and reliability
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Capability to repeatedly lift and carry items weighing 5-50 pounds
Physical stamina to perform demanding work for extended periods
