Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Goodlettsville, TNAverage $2,000 per Week - Top Drivers Earn Up To $2,500 per Week$4,000 Loyalty Bonus - Quarterly Safety Bonus - Home Every Other Night


Pay, Home Time & More:
  • Average $2,000 per week
  • Solo miles pay: 66 CPM (1 - 249 miles) and 62.6 CPM (250 + miles), with 2,000 miles per week
  • Solo stops pay: $27.00 per stop with 12 stops per week
  • Per diem pay: $60.00 per night, 1 - 3 nights per week
  • Top drivers can earn up to $2,500 per week
  • Safety bonus: Pays you $300 - $500 four times a year (every quarter)
  • Loyalty bonus: $4,000, paid within the first year
  • Route: Regional, 1-3 nights out per week depending on how much you want to run, home every other night 
  • Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days


Schedule, Freight & Equipment:
  • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
  • Start time: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM dispatch
  • Deliver solo to: OH, TN, KY, WV, IN, IL, AL & GA 
  • Tractor type: Sleepers with APUs / Day cabs
  • Trailer type: Reefer 48', 53'
  • Equipment: Pallet jack
  • Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful

Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
