Job description

Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a Freezer Puller position for a manufacturing client in Lebanon, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

  • Pull frozen meal items accurately using printed order tickets
  • Load correct meals into pre-assembled insulated coolers for shipment
  • Count, verify, and double-check items to ensure order accuracy and inventory control
  • Work in a freezer environment for extended periods while wearing provided PPE
  • Safely lift, move, and stack items weighing 40+ pounds
  • Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, food handling standards, and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate equipment issues, order discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Compensation (USD):

$18.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Saturdays as needed for mandatory overtime

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to work in cold freezer conditions for extended periods
  • Ability to safely lift up to 40+ lbs regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
