About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled FreeSWITCH Expert with experience in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and Genesys integration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of telephony systems, VoIP protocols, and a proven track record of implementing and managing complex IVR solutions. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our telecommunication infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with Genesys platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
FreeSWITCH Development and Maintenance:

Design, implement, and maintain FreeSWITCH-based telephony systems.
Optimize and troubleshoot FreeSWITCH configurations for performance and reliability.
Develop custom modules and applications within FreeSWITCH.
IVR System Design and Integration:
Design and deploy IVR solutions tailored to business requirements.
Implement call flow logic, menu structures, and user prompts.
Integrate IVR systems with backend databases and APIs for dynamic content.
Genesys Integration:
Integrate FreeSWITCH systems with Genesys contact center solutions.
Configure and manage SIP trunks and other telephony interfaces.
Ensure interoperability between FreeSWITCH and Genesys components.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and business analysts.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for telephony and IVR issues.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience working with FreeSWITCH and IVR systems.
Proven experience in integrating telephony systems with Genesys platforms.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and telephony systems.
Proficiency in FreeSWITCH, including module development and configuration.
Experience with IVR design and development, including voice scripting and call flow design.
Familiarity with Genesys contact center solutions and integration best practices.
Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, Lua, or Python.
Other Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
