Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
• Top 3 Required skills:
1. Expertise in SIP call flow analysis and debugging is must
2. Experience in developing multi-threaded applications in Linux environment with opensource/propreitery SIP/Media stacks.
3. Experience in C / C++ is a must.
4. Development experience with modules like Kamailio/FreeSwitch/Asterisk is a must
• Years of experience in each of the must-have skills:
8+ ( flexible with at least 5+)
• Any Certifications required: NA

SIP engineer with 8+ years of experience in VoIP/SIP infrastructure development and debugging.
