Job description

Job Title: Senior C++ System Engineer (Windows)

Location: San Francisco, CA / Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: Long-Term-Contract

Note - Candidate has to be comfortable working onsite from both the locations, Palo Alto, CA, and SFO (3 days/week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers, product owners and designers, to identify and solve challenging problems.
  • Take full responsibility and ownership from conception, development, quality to post-deployment.

Job Description

  • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of C++
  • Experience developing drivers for Windows OS
  • Experience with system programming
  • Experience with complex SW multi-threaded environments
  • Experience in development for Windows  (compilers, linkers, build systems, debuggers)
  • Debugging techniques
  • Capable to independently take a feature through the entire development cycle while cooperating with multiple teams;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Android development is a plus, Java is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
