WEEKEND RN - HOME CARE

Team 10 covers Babylon, Bayshore, Brightwater, Deer Park, Gilgo Beach,  Oak Beach, West Islip and the surrounding areas. 

If you're looking for a consistent weekend schedule with full-time benefits, this is the position for you!

Schedule: 

  • Every Saturday & Sunday
  • 10.5-hour shifts
  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Eligible for full-time benefits as a 0.53 FTE
Responsibilities

Our Home Care RN's:

  • Case manages, assess, plan, develop and implement a comprehensive home health care plan for their patients.
  • Measure vital signs, Administer IVs, change dressings, clean wounds as needed
  • Provides skilled nursing care, preventative rehabilitative procedures, and prescribed treatments with a variety of patient populations within various potentially complex home situations.
  • Work closely with a supportive patient care team including physicians, therapy and social services, pastoral care, home health aides and others for your assigned caseload.
  • Provide patient and family education for disease management and health promotion as directed by physician's plan of treatment.
  • Provide care to the most upmost standard

Minimum Qualifications:

  • New York State RN license
  • Minimum of one year of recent hands-on experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation
Pay RangeUSD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.Qualifications

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
