Maudie’s Digital Marketing is looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our team in Hayden, Idaho!

In-Office Position (Hayden)

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

W-2 Employee Position

No subcontractors, freelancers, or remote applicants

Starting pay at $25/hr - Raises will be given depending on proven experience.


Requirements:

Proven experience building websites independently

Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and AI website builders

Strong understanding of website design, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without constant supervision

Basic understanding of SEO best practices

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Design and build websites for a variety of local businesses

• Maintain and update existing client websites

• Create conversion-focused landing pages

• Assist with website troubleshooting and improvements

• Work alongside our marketing team to support client growth and lead generation efforts
