Ivory Pines Cleaning is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving the Triangle. We're building a premium, recognizable brand and are looking for a content creator who understands how to turn great content into business results.
You'll spend time in the field with our cleaning teams, filming transformations, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, interviewing employees, documenting company culture, and creating engaging content that helps us attract both customers and future team members.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent, engaging social media presence that showcases our work, our people, and our brand.Content Creation
  • Be the driving force behind a continuous stream of high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Visit jobs regularly to capture authentic content alongside our cleaning teams.
  • Plan, film, and edit short-form videos and photos.
  • Turn everyday moments into engaging content that builds trust and showcases the Ivory Pines experience.
  • Capture before-and-after transformations, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, employee spotlights, educational cleaning tips, company events, and more.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop content around seasonal campaigns, promotions, hiring initiatives, giveaways, and other marketing efforts.
Social Media Management
  • Plan and manage a content calendar.
  • Edit and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
  • Write engaging captions that reflect our brand voice.
  • Monitor comments and messages, engaging with our community as appropriate.
  • Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience creating and editing engaging short-form video content.
  • Is comfortable both behind the camera and on camera.
  • Has a strong eye for storytelling and visual composition.
  • Has reliable transportation and can travel to homes throughout the Triangle.
