Job description

Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students by delivering essential occupational therapy services through an impactful contract opportunity. This teletherapy position offers the flexibility to work remotely while supporting a caseload of 45-50 students for a school-based program. With an immediate start and a contract term extending through May 2027, you’ll have the chance to see your work create measurable, lasting change in student development and participation in their educational environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active Texas SLP License
  • Demonstrated proficiency in school-based OT, teletherapy delivery, and adapting services to diverse student needs
  • Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain clear documentation
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting teletherapy occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students in grades K-12
  • Managing a caseload of 45-50 students with a range of developmental and educational needs
  • Developing and implementing student-specific therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Participating in student progress meetings and contributing expertise to program planning
  • Maintaining compliance with district policies, timelines, and documentation standards
  • Utilizing digital platforms to engage students and track outcomes efficiently

Open to both onsite and virtual (VOCO) work arrangements, this role is designed for an adaptable, forward-thinking OT looking for a dynamic and rewarding placement. You’ll enjoy a consistent 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with a competitive pay rate of $50 per hour.
