  • Manage relationships with freelancers and partners for all shoots and campaigns, including W9s, contracts, scheduling, permits, licenses, usage rights, safety procedures, and invoices.
  • Contract with content creators for our organic and paid channels, and own the relationship and delivery. This includes outreach, contract negotiation, project management, and feedback.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, providing career development, support, and feedback, while also setting a high bar for execution and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative operations, workflows, and production processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality as the brand grows.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, proactively managing risk, dependencies, and priorities to keep work on time, on budget, and at the level of quality our customers expect.
  • Bring a seasoned perspective to creative reviews, offering thoughtful input on production approach, execution, and opportunities to elevate the work.

The ideal candidate will...

  • Be a great communicator and relationship manager. (You'll be working with a range of team members and freelancers.)
  • Be able to occasionally travel for multi-day shoots.
