  • Develop creative assets supporting conferences, awards, memberships, training programs, research launches and subscription products
  • Contribute to projects from concept through execution, helping turn ideas into effective creative solutions
  • Bring fresh ideas, design inspiration and emerging AI trends to the team
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director on projects across digital, print and experiential channels
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of design experience in-house, agency or freelance environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, marketing campaigns and visual problem solving
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design and digital best practices
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency and high-quality deliverables
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and presentation tools
  • Comfortable using AI tools to generate ideas, accelerate production and improve workflows
  • Keeps up with digital design trends, UX/UI best practices and emerging creative technologies
  • Brings a digital-first mindset and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly experiences
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with production-focused work while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to grow professionally
Bonus Skills
  • Experience working with AI Tools such as Lovable and Canva
  • Basic HTML knowledge
