Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and asset management, experience modernizing legacy applications, and the ability to design, develop, and support cloud-native solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical professional who is comfortable evaluating architectural approaches, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.
  • Pay rate:$75/hr on w2 to $80/hr on w2

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy modern cloud-native applications using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Azure App Services, and Azure Functions.
  • Maintain, enhance, and support existing applications built on Angular, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebForms, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Modernize legacy .NET applications into microservices-based architectures and deploy them on Azure cloud platforms.
  • Develop and support web applications using Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, authentication, and authorization solutions using OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize application performance using Azure Monitoring and other observability tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for asset management technology platforms and enterprise application architecture.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate with senior leadership and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, fault tolerance, and high availability.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive technical experience, preferably within a financial services organization.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory, and Azure DevOps.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • 5+ years of experience developing web applications and REST APIs using .NET Core, Entity Framework, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
  • Strong experience architecting, building, and operating solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, and containerized deployments using AKS.
  • Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, database design, and software architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
