Job description

Facility/Dept: Goshen Physicians - Orthopedics & Sports Medicine
Status/Shift: Full Time, 80 hrs per pay period / Days

The Orthopedic Services Manager shall function in a strategic leadership role that will manage the overall daily operations of the Orthopedic practice, ensuring the vision and strategy for future growth is upheld. In support of the mission of Goshen Physicians, Manager shall provide expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for service line growth with the collaboration of Clinics, Companies and Providers throughout the community to increase service volume.
Position Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing or other health related field. Masters in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: Must have a minimum of two years Physician Practice Management experience.Direct supervisory experience required. Data collection and analytical skills required. Must have computer experience.
