Ivo

Job description

Why join Ivo?
Every civilization runs on the same infrastructure: agreements between people who don't fully trust each other. Sumerians pressed them into clay. Romans carved them into stone. We bury them in 80-page PDFs.
The way those agreements are reviewed hasn't changed in four thousand years - a human reads the whole thing and tries not to miss anything. We're building the AI that finally changes that. Ivo is the contract intelligence platform of choice for companies like Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. We recently raised our Series B and have grown 800% over the last 12 months.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Video Production to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll own the creative direction, planning, and execution of video content of all kinds, from interview content to thought leadership videos to product release videos to eye-catching social media video, and everything in between. You'll create stunning visuals and motion graphics that simplify complex interactions and solve challenging design problems. You'll work closely with our brand, content, and product teams to create captivating stories that resonate with our target audience, from the early inception of a script to storyboarding how the script comes to life, to the final videos and assets that need to be produced for us to share. And you'll be building a visual language for this important medium, creating work you'll be proud to showcase in your portfolio..
Legal tech is an exciting field, and the capabilities of AI solutions are growing fast. We're looking for someone who's willing to learn from others, find exciting stories, and take the initiative to discover the truly valuable nuggets of information about AI for legal professionals.
What You'll Do
  • Script, storyboard, produce, and edit videos for multiple channels
  • Source and research relevant for videos from around the business, from our customers, and from the legal industry
  • Develop a user-centric video design system for Ivo
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams to source stories, insights, and subject matter expertise
  • QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished, on brand, and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery
  • Efficiently ship assets that deliver impact for our business and customers
  • Maintain content marketing infrastructure of video assets
  • Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform strategy and iterate on what's working
  • Partner with external agencies, freelancers, or contractors as needed

What You Bring
  • You have 6-10 years of experience in video production, ideally in a B2B SaaS or a news media setting
  • A portfolio of exceptional video work that demonstrates range, clarity, compelling storytelling ability, and strategic thinking
  • Cross-functional collaboration with multiple business functions
  • Proactive perseverance. You don't just wait to be told what to do, you see a problem and solve it
  • Strong project management skills. You're organized, meet deadlines, and can manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Experience creating content for an enterprise audience (legal, finance, or professional services experience)
  • Familiarity with content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Figma, Illustrator)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfort working in a small, high-growth, high-velocity startup environment
  • The ability to get in the weeds with your collaboration partners and make sense of technical concepts and constraints while still pushing forward and maintaining a high design bar and level of execution

Bonus Points
  • Experience with animation tools like After Effects and Lottie
  • Demonstration of inclusive motion principles and interest in accessibility best practices

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Commuter, HSA, and dependent care benefits
  • The opportunity to shape a content function at a high-growth company
