Registered Nurse (RN) | Corporate Wellness Clinic

Location: Atlanta, GA 30306. Schedule: As needed; weekday 7:45am-5pm; must be flexible and able to pick-up last-minute shifts. Job Type: Per diem; 1099 contract. Pay Rate: $60/hr.

Job Description: An onsite employee health clinic within a corporate workplace in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work as needed to support clinic operations and patient care during scheduled coverage needs. The clinic provides routine health services for employees in a professional workplace environment, including wellness visits, minor illness care, vaccinations, and preventive services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and obtain relevant medical history.
  • Record and monitor vital signs and document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, including urine samples and point-of-care testing.
  • Administer immunizations.
  • Assist with evaluation and care for minor illnesses and injuries.
  • Provide health education and wellness guidance to employees.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
  • Current active basic life support (BLS or ACLS) Certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Emergency Room/Urgent Care.
  • Must have phlebotomy skills.
  • Customer service-oriented, able to work independently, have great 'bedside' manner.
