Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist within the Payant Wealth Management Group serves as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors, delivering a high level of professionalism, warmth, and organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent client experience, and effective administrative support within the advisory firm.

Location: Sun City Center

Role Type: Full Time (onsite)

Salary: $48,000 + bonus

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (minimum required) or undergraduate degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, prospective clients, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

  • Schedule appointments and respond to general client inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.

  • Maintain advisor calendars and coordinate follow-up meetings.

  • Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed.

  • Prepare and mail client birthday cards each month.

  • Order and maintain office supplies.

  • Provide general administrative support, as needed.

  • Assist with planning client events, workshops, and seminars.

  • Protect confidential client and firm information at all times.

Basic Requirements

  • Prior experience in a client service, administrative, or office support role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or CRM systems a plus

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality

  • Experience in a financial services, RIA, or professional services environment
