Job description

Job Summary:
Omega Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Adobe Analytics Architecture Lead who will drive the implementation and optimization of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. This role requires extensive project leadership and a deep understanding of Adobe platforms to enhance data collection capabilities and improve user experience on their e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
• Take charge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target Premium implementations across the organization.
• Develop and execute advanced data collection and analysis strategies that align with business objectives, emphasizing initial quality and accuracy to minimize iterative corrections.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, overseeing system updates and optimizing product recommendations.
• Design and maintain essential monitoring dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness and health of Adobe implementations.
• Innovate and manage calculated metrics and segments within Adobe Analytics and the Adobe Experience Platform to enhance data functionality.
• Collaborate with business and product owners to refine analytics implementations that meet business needs and elevate customer experiences.
• Provide continuous support and insights to internal teams on utilizing Adobe Analytics for marketing and enhancing customer experience.
• Document and articulate technical requirements and project progress effectively across teams and to senior executives.
• Manage project priorities in partnership with business leaders to ensure timely delivery of analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target implementation, including system administration and detailed analysis.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Launch TMS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Proven track record of developing and managing complex digital analytics frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving; capable of leading efforts to dissect and rectify inaccuracies in data collection and analysis.
• Excellent problem-resolution skills, with a focus on leading team efforts to anticipate and tackle issues before they impact data integrity.
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of explaining complex technical details and influencing decision-making through persuasive arguments.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Required experience working in an e-commerce business environment, with a deep understanding of digital retail operations and e-commerce analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
Preferred:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for sophisticated reporting and presentations.
