We are seeking an experienced AI Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions that solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Azure AI services, Python, and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI solutions
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify AI opportunities
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks, and architectures
  • Develop prompts, AI workflows, agents, and retrieval strategies
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases
  • Monitor AI performance and recommend continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, privacy, and Responsible AI policies
  • Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and implementation procedures
  • Design AI-driven monitoring pipelines for servers, databases, and applications
