Join Vancor AI as a AI/ML Engineer. You'll work on models, RAG pipelines, evaluation, and MLOps for enterprise workloads. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

What you'll do

• Own delivery across ai/ml engineer initiatives from design through production
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders on roadmap and execution
• Apply best practices for quality, security, observability, and maintainability
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Stay current with relevant tools, frameworks, and industry standards

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in ai/ml engineer or a closely related role
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience shipping production systems for business-critical use cases
• Practical problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ownership
