  • Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
  • Review medical records, expert reports, and case documentation
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings as needed (some may be conducted remotely)
  • Manage active caseloads and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
Attorney Requirements:
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Experience handling cases from pre-litigation through litigation
  • Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Comfortable attending occasional in-person depositions and mediations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
