• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals, preferences, and cultural considerations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group settings.
• Provide crisis intervention support and work alongside other healthcare professionals to facilitate continuity of care for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills for effective mental health management.
• Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.

• Valid and active Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Prior experience utilizing therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those affected by trauma and adversity.
