• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and strengths, including risk assessments and initial intake interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that resonate with clients' goals, harnessing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using specialized techniques to engage clients in their therapeutic journey and foster a safe space for open dialogue.
• Utilize behavior management strategies effectively to help clients navigate challenges and improve coping skills.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation that aligns with healthcare regulations and best practices, ensuring each client's progress is tracked and reported appropriately.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

You will primarily serve a diverse population of youth and adults struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your work will empower clients to uncover their strengths and build resilience in the face of life's challenges. We encourage a holistic approach to mental health, considering social, emotional, and environmental factors that influence a client’s mental well-being.

• A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing mental health therapy, ideally in a community or clinical setting.
• Expertise in building rapport and maintaining meaningful therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering trust and engagement.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems to ensure efficient documentation and workflow processes.

• Experience working with youth populations or in a community health environment.
• Training in specialized therapeutic approaches (e.g., trauma-informed care, Play Therapy) is a plus.
• Proficiency in engaging clients through telehealth platforms and managing remote therapy sessions effectively.
