BMA is seeking a Information Technology Subject Matter Expert (OIG) to join our team. This is a fully remote role.
Job Summary
Serves as a technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Identity Governance solutions that support enterprise security, business continuity, and operational efficiency. Provides technical leadership in identity governance architecture, risk assessment, automation, systems integration, and application development while supporting complex, multi-platform enterprise environments.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Designs, develops, and manages the implementation of risk assessment and business contingency planning frameworks, methodologies, and tools to ensure business continuity across a large, decentralized enterprise.
    • Supports multi-language, multi-platform, and multi-operating system environments.
    • Evaluates and recommends emerging technologies and software solutions to meet business and functional requirements.
    • Provides advanced technical guidance on automation solutions for complex information processing challenges.
    • Supports enterprise customers by implementing technology solutions that integrate business functions within open systems and client-server architectures.
    • Analyzes data processing requirements to design and implement Identity Governance systems that support projected workloads.
    • Plans the installation of new systems and modifications to existing systems.
    • Configures and manages computing environments to support scientific, engineering, and business applications.
    • Develops applications utilizing Identity Governance protocols and platforms.
    • Designs and deploys Internet-based applications using modern web technologies, communications protocols, and industry standards.
    • Deploys applications that leverage Internet standards to support secure access from diverse client platforms.
    • Integrates Identity Governance technologies, including LDAP directories, databases, operating systems, network devices, application servers (such as WebLogic and IIS), Identity Providers (IdPs), Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), and web- and API-based programming languages, including Java and .NET.

Clearance Requirements
Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 (T3) background investigation at the time of proposal submission.
Required Skills & Certifications
  • At least ten (10) years of expert systems engineering experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Platform 12c or higher environments.
  • Experience supporting web-based applications hosted in a DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Middleware products, networking, Linux and Windows operating systems, and Java programming.
  • Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 (T3) background investigation at the time of proposal submission.
