  • You approach problems methodically, ask questions when needed, and take ownership of your work. You're excited to learn from more experienced developers while bringing fresh perspectives to the team.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional software development experience in scaling environments
  • Strong foundation in React and modern Typescript
  • Enthusiasm for our mission
  • Interest in product design and user experience
  • Basic understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, API integration)
  • CS degree, completion of a reputable coding bootcamp (like Turing), or equivalent practical experience with supporting portfolio
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Our Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary, $130-160K (depending on experience)
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits: Health insurance package including medical, dental, vision, life, critical illness, accident, STD/LTD, HSA, and FSA with dependent care.
  • Flexible Work Arrangement: We're a fully remote workforce that emphasizes a healthy work-life balance by allowing some autonomy in work hours. Monthly tech subsidy provided.
