Supplier Quality Analyst I (Remote)
The Supplier Quality Analyst I is responsible for supporting Niagara Bottling's Supplier Quality Program through supplier qualification, documentation review, auditing activities, corrective action management, and ongoing supplier performance monitoring. This role helps ensure suppliers and service providers consistently meet Niagara Bottling requirements, regulatory standards, food safety expectations, and customer requirements.
This position will work closely with suppliers, procurement, operations, and quality teams to maintain an approved supplier status, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Detailed Description
  • Support the qualification and approval of new suppliers and service providers through documentation review and supplier audits.
  • Hold supplier accountable to Niagara's policies and expectations.
  • Maintain approved supplier and service provider records within company databases and document management systems.
  • Review supplier certifications, permits, licenses, food safety plans, and regulatory compliance records to ensure continued approval status.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding activities and approval requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • Travel as needed, to conduct supplier audits, assessments, and site inspections.
  • Initiate and follow up on Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Assist in root cause investigations related to supplier quality incidents and product safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

  • Required:
