Why This Role

Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will own direct sales activity with major accounts in your assigned region. You'll develop new relationships, nurture existing ones, and become a trusted partner to end-users, vendors, and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business with end-users, vendors, manufacturers, and channel partners (approximately 50% new business development)
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts within a defined regional territory
  • Meet with customers to structure financing opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
  • Promote financing programs and support existing channel/vendor relationships
  • Prospect through public forums, industry sources, and outbound outreach to establish new relationships
  • Deliver remote and onsite training presentations to customers and partners
  • Monitor competitive lease rates and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market
  • Travel 20-30% as needed for customer meetings, trainings, and relationship development

Vertical Markets Supported
Exposure may include (but is not limited to): material handling, light industrial, oil & gas, supply chain sourcing, hospitality, automotive, health sciences, and other equipment-intensive sectors.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience:
    • Account Manager: 1-2 years of equipment finance sales experience
    • Regional Account Manager: 5-7 years of sales experience in the equipment finance industry
  • Financial services/equipment finance/leasing experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM software and pipeline discipline
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Must be located in Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, or Illinois

Compensation & Perks
  • Base salary + commission (performance-based rewards)
  • 100% remote role
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with recognition tied to results
