We are looking for a talented and highly motivated <\/span>Zoho developer that is experienced in Deluge and development of custom functions and APIs<\/b> <\/span>on Zoho creator and experienced in integrating external applications and a suite of enterprise Zoho One applications. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to <\/span>telework \/ remote \/ Work from Home (During and even after COVID).<\/b> <\/span>Work hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Role Responsibilities:<\/b>
The job requires someone who has skills and experience working as a multi\-faceted software developer for the US IT consulting, sub\-contracting, and staffing corporation. We are seeking candidates who have skills related to the tasks mentioned below and exhibited in their prior experience:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

1. Develop custom APIs, methods, and functions as a software developer<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

2. Implementation, customization, and administration of suite of enterprise Zoho applications including Recruit, CRM, Cliq, People, Zoho Mail, and more.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

3. Understand the business process flow and requirements of the team members to implement and customize various elements and objects in Zoho<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

4. Design. Develop and maintain custom Zoho functions and workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

5. Train users on how to effectively use the Zoho applications. Create required training material \/guidelines for the users, as needed<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

6. Assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

7. Work with the Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

8. Provide System admin \/ IT support to users<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

9. Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

10. Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

11. Monitor, Control and ensure the sustained effective usage of Zoho products throughout the organization.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

12. Review and analyze the data on Zoho on a daily basis, to identify discrepancies, and incomplete information and work with the users to help resolve the discrepancies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
