What we are looking for:
Amsive is looking for a Manager of Data Analytics, Healthcare Services to join our team. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to support marketing decision-making processes within Amsive's Health's team. This role involves developing predictive models, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to improve marketing performance and strategic planning for a variety of healthcare clients.
What you will be doing:
  • Examine current and past healthcare data to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Develop, maintain, or collaborate to build healthcare models to support decision-making and forecasting.
  • Prepare detailed reports on healthcare performance from Amsive's marketing programs and present findings to management.
  • Evaluate market research sources to analyze healthcare trends and forecasts where applicable for our healthcare clients
  • Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements from Amsive's marketing programs.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with the account team to ensure accurate healthcare reporting and decision support.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis and comparative studies.

Who you are:
  • 5-8+ years of healthcare analysis experience in healthcare systems or services
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in healthcare data analysis, mandatory within healthcare or related industry.
  • Analyses of marketing programs for direct mail, email or digital channels is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Agentic AI, Excel, SQL, Python), healthcare modeling, and database management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
