Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Devops/Cloud Automation Engineer for Chubb Insurance. The role involves installing and troubleshooting Duck Creek software in various environments, creating automation scripts, and managing release communications while leading an offshore team.
Responsibilities:
• Install Duck Creek Software in lower environments
• Support installation of Duck Creek in higher environments
• Trouble shoot Duck Creek environment issues (Windows, IIS, etc.)
• Validate Duck Creek environments post install
• Create Change Requests and follow up for approvals as required
• Create DNS, Load balancers and VIP requests as required for the environments
• Flexible to work during Release weekends
• Create automation scripts using YAML, Python
• Communicate to stake holders about the release and manage the release communications
• Repository Management
• Product onboarding on to platform
• Platform Build & Deployment
• Build scripts management, build & deployment support including automation
• Automated validation script creation and maintenance
• Onboarding project teams and setup licenses etc.
• Maintain infrastructure catalogue
• Work with offshore team and lead the offshore team
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience: 10+ years
• Windows Server Background
• Good knowledge in Internet Information Server
• Duck Creek Knowledge
• TFS (Team Foundation Server) – Hands on and good working knowledge
• GitHub – Hands on and good working knowledge
