What does a freelance production manager in apparel do?

A Freelance Production Manager in Apparel oversees the manufacturing process for clothing and textile products on a contract or project basis. Their responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, managing production timelines, ensuring quality standards, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. They often work with designers, factories, and logistics teams to ensure that garments are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and according to client specifications.
