- Collaborate with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, and developers to ensure compliance with interconnection and reliability processes.
- Contribute to internal procedures, data management practices, and study standardization initiatives supporting reliability compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in transmission planning, system studies, or related power system engineering roles.
- Demonstrated experience performing steady-state, transient stability, and short-circuit analyses with industry-standard software (PSSE, PSLF, TARA, ETAP, ASPEN).
- Working knowledge of NERC reliability standards, including TPL, FAC, PRC, and CIP series.
- Understanding of interconnection study processes and planning requirements across ERCOT, PJM, MISO, ISO-NE, NYISO etc...
- Strong technical writing and communication skills, with experience delivering client-ready reports and presentations.
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting compliance or study work under FAC-008, PRC-010, and CIP-014.
