Key Responsibilities

  • Develop basic data packages and technical justification for capital improvement projects in collaboration with vendors and crossfunctional teams.

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement bestinclass processes and technologies through collaboration with technical experts.

  • Lead process improvements to enhance yield, quality, uptime, capacity, and safety.

  • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex manufacturing and equipment issues.

  • Develop and execute plans for commissioning, decommissioning, startup, and shutdown activities.

  • Lead qualification efforts for new and upgraded equipment.

  • Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and assets.

  • Provide technical support to operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical).

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex, timesensitive projects.

  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing plant environment.

  • Strong technical problemsolving skills with demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving equipment and process issues.

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others in a teambased environment.

  • Demonstrated success influencing outcomes through collaboration, negotiation, and team leadership.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective in both selfdirected and team environments.

  • Six Sigma certification(s) preferred.
