Job description

Our client, an American multinational mass media and entertainment company, is looking to fill the role of Sales Associate. If you are enthusiastic about helping customers to find just the right gift, or seeing eyes light up at the sight of their favorite character (s) this could be a great fit for you.   • Pay rate: $17 per hour
  • El Paso, TX
  • June 10th - June 14th
Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience by greeting, assisting, and engaging with all Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Prioritize Guest interaction over tasks while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, high-energy environment that is fun and engaging.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing store environment on sales floor and stock areas.
  • Support merchandise replenishment, stock deliveries, markdowns, and stage sets.
  • Ensure all new product is available and presented according to standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently while adhering to company SOPs and safeguarding assets.
  • Achieve financial and productivity goals as set by the management team.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge of company resources, discounts, and initiatives.
  • Handle special requests from executives and personalities with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain compliance with dress code: company-provided shirt with black/dark jeans (no holes).
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years retail experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
  • Proven Guest service and upselling skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/move boxes up to 40 lbs, and perform general store functions.
  • Retail management experience.
  • Previous experience in theatre merchandise or high-level branded environments.
