• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and retail partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, timelines, and project milestones, proactively communicating updates and risks.
• Collaborate with Creative teams to evaluate production feasibility, identify materials and manufacturing solutions, and recommend innovative approaches.
• Partner with contract manufacturers during structural development, prototyping, and testing phases to support successful retail execution.
• Review structural dielines and production specifications to ensure creative assets can be effectively incorporated into final builds.
• Coordinate quality assurance reviews throughout the production lifecycle, including prototype evaluations, manufacturing reviews, and final execution approvals.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client, retailer, legal, regulatory, and brand compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fabricators, printers, and manufacturing partners.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and identify solutions that maintain project objectives, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Support retail execution and manufacturing reviews through site visits and quality assurance trips as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting retail, CPG, shopper marketing, packaging, POS, POP, or display programs.
  • Familiarity with print production, large-format graphics, packaging, or retail display manufacturing environments.
