Your impact
  • Safeguard uptime by finding and fixing complex electrical and mechanical failures.
  • Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs, ladder logic, and HMIs.
  • Execute preventive maintenance and machine adjustments that improve reliability.
  • Carry out welding and fabrication to support durable repairs and modifications.
  • Capture precise maintenance data to inform decisions and track performance.
  • Bring advanced electrical know-how to every taskwith safety first.
What youll need
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical and PLC skills.
  • Advanced understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
  • Solid mechanical ability including welding and cutting.
  • Skill reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Hands-on experience using meters and measurement tools.
  • Successful completion of an electrical board and PLC programming assessment.
Safety & communication
  • Training in CPR, first aid, lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined spaces may be required.
  • Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Shifts

Be available to work either 2nd or 3rd shift; open availability to both is required.

Compensation & rewards
  • $1,500 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $45/hour pay, plus $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift
