Job description

We are seeking an experienced iCIMS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to lead the design, development, standardization, and deployment of recruiting reports and dashboards across a global Talent Acquisition organization. The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on iCIMS reporting expertise, strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition metrics and recruiting operations, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, accurate, and user-friendly reporting solutions.
  • Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
  • Contract Duration: 3+ Months
  • Rate Range: $38-48/hr on W2
  • Only W2 Candidates, NO C2C

Responsibilities:
Reporting Strategy & Discovery
  • Conduct an enterprise-wide inventory of existing recruiting reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Identify duplicate, outdated, redundant, and low-value reports.
  • Prioritize report development based on business impact and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and maintain a Talent Acquisition reporting roadmap.

Report Development
  • Design, build, validate, and deploy complex reports within iCIMS.
  • Create operational, tactical, and executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • Develop recruiter, hiring manager, and leadership reporting packages.
  • Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
  • Optimize report performance, usability, and consistency.

Dashboard Development
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions covering key Talent Acquisition metrics, including:
    • Time-to-Fill
    • Time-to-Hire
    • Source Effectiveness
    • Candidate Pipeline Health
    • Requisition Aging
    • Recruiter Productivity
    • Interview Activity
    • Offer Acceptance Rate
    • Hiring Volume
    • Diversity Recruiting Metrics
    • Funnel Conversion
    • SLA Performance

Reporting Governance
  • Establish report naming conventions and reporting standards.
  • Develop report definitions, business rules, and data dictionaries.
  • Build and maintain a centralized report catalog.
  • Recommend and implement reporting best practices.
  • Improve reporting consistency and governance across recruiting teams.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  • Document report logic, calculations, business rules, and data definitions.
  • Create end-user documentation and reporting guides.
  • Train Talent Acquisition teams on newly developed reports and dashboards.
  • Support reporting rollout across Corporate, Bangalore, and Store recruiting organizations.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS or Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics.
  • 3+ years of advanced hands-on iCIMS reporting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex reports and dashboards within iCIMS.
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting workflows, and recruiting metrics.
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting initiatives simultaneously.
