We are hiring a Video Editor to edit video content for broadcast, internal, digital, and social platforms. Using your creative judgment and technical expertise, you will assemble raw footage, create graphics, select music, and deliver polished final assets that align with each project's creative vision.
In addition to post-production work, you will contribute to the broader creative process by participating in campaign conceptualization and development, and providing recommendations informed by technical knowledge and current industry trends. You will use a blend of creative storytelling and technical skill to bring projects to life in a way that is engaging, strategic, and on brand.

Compensation: $60,000 - 65,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact
  • Participate in all video production meetings to ensure creative, strategic, and business objectives are being met.
  • Edit video content for broadcast, internal communications, digital, and social channels, producing compelling, engaging, and on-brand deliverables.
  • Select and integrate music, graphics, and design elements to maintain a consistent brand look, tone, and quality across all video content.
  • Present edited cuts during informal reviews and assist in formal creative presentations, clearly articulating creative rationale, process, and decision-making.
  • Assist with external vendors to support successful completion of post-production projects.
  • Conceptualize and collaborate with Creative and Strategy partners to elevate the overall creative product delivering results-driven advertising materials that support corporate and community-level marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to the growth and collaboration of the Photo & Video team by sharing ideas, supporting peers, and strengthening overall creative execution

What you will need
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience (on-site post-production in the advertising communications field in an agency and/or corporate environment)
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, and other standard video editing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with editing video for broadcast, social media and web
  • Ability to brainstorm and present creative concepts clearly
