Full-time, Part-Time, Freelancer

ABOUT YOUNGLA

YoungLA is one of the fastest-growing fitness and lifestyle brands in the world, and YoungLA For Her is the rapidly expanding extension of that vision. What started in Los Angeles has grown into a global community built around fitness, ambition, and self-expression. Today, millions of customers engage with the brand through our apparel, content, athletes, and creators.

We move quickly, challenge convention, and aren't afraid to build differently. YoungLA For Her represents one of the newest, most exciting chapters of our story. As we continue to scale, our focus is on premium, high-performance fitness and athleisure wear, utilizing creative storytelling to captivate audiences, acquire new customers, and introduce them to the unmatched energy and community that built the brand from the ground up.

ABOUT THE ROLE

YoungLA For Her is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our women’s line, translating our apparel into high-energy, visually stunning digital assets.

You will be responsible for keeping up with our high-volume production schedule, ensuring a consistent stream of premium content to support weekly drops, restocks, and evergreen marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drop & Restock Campaigns: Own the conception, creation and execution of video and motion assets supporting weekly product drops and restocks, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Multi-Format Content Production: Create, edit, and optimize content across multiple formats and aspect ratios, with a primary focus on vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) assets for social, paid media, and digital channels.
  • Creative Asset Development: Produce a wide range of high-performing content, including:
  • Behind-the-scenes (BTS) edits
  • Product launch and "Live Now" campaign assets
  • Lifestyle photo video edits and floor photo video integrations
  • App trailers and promotional videos
  • Additional campaign and brand storytelling content as needed (examples include high-CTR GIFs, videos, and lofi edits)
  • Evergreen & Ad Hoc Content: Develop engaging evergreen creative, including GIFs, motion graphics, lo-fi edits, and other performance-driven assets, while remaining agile enough to support fast-turnaround requests.
  • Brand Execution & Consistency: Maintain a premium, cohesive visual identity across all video and motion content, ensuring every asset aligns with the YLA For Her brand aesthetic, voice, and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

What we’re looking for

  • 2-4+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphic design, specifically within the fashion, streetwear, or e-commerce industries.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, elevated, modern fashion aesthetic. You know how to make apparel look premium and desirable through movement.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to manage a heavy workflow and deliver 6+ polished deliverables per week without sacrificing quality.
  • Comfortable shifting between structured drop assets, app trailers, quick-turnaround GIFs, and unique special projects.
Who You Are
  • A creative storyteller who understands that great content drives engagement, growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Deeply connected to social media trends, editing styles, music, and emerging content formats, with a constant pulse on what captures attention.
  • Passionate about fitness, fashion, and lifestyle brands, with a strong eye for making products look premium, aspirational, and highly desirable.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, launch-driven environment where priorities shift quickly and deadlines are tight.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing a high volume of content and assets without sacrificing quality.
  • Naturally proactive, always looking for ways to improve creative performance, test new ideas, and keep the brand ahead of the curve.
