Job description

At AXA Partners, you'll be part of one of the world's leading insurance and assistance brands, helping protect travelers across the globe. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll work on impactful digital marketing initiatives, collaborate with international teams, and gain exposure to senior leadership while contributing to a growing business. If you're looking for a role where your ideas matter, your career can grow and willing to take on new challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead the website content lifecycle: identifying content opportunities and gaps, developing content briefs, reviewing and editing copy, and partnering with content writers to deliver SEO-optimized content.
  • Lead email marketing strategy and coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, executed and optimized.
  • Drive the development and management of affiliate marketing programs, identifying new partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee relationships with marketing vendors, freelancers, and affiliate partners, tracking contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with social media planning, content coordination, and engagement trend tracking.
  • Execute invoice management, vendor contracts and reputation management efforts, including customer review monitoring.
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations, ideally in B2C environments.
  • Proven experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver marketing projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems [preferred].
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital customer acquisition channels.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ and marketing automation tools (preferred).
What we offer:

At AXA Partners US, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us, and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that. You can expect to receive:

  • Salary range: $82,400 - $103,000 Annually
  • Annual Company & Performance based discretionary Bonus up to 15%
  • 20 days Annual Leave (rising to 25 days based on length of service)
  • 11 Paid Company Holidays
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
  • HSA, FSA and HRA available + Employer Contribution
  • 401(k) Pension Plan & Employer match
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Education Reimbursement
  • Hybrid Work - 3 days in the office per week
