Oracle Fusion SCM Lead1Architectural Leadership & End-to-End Design
  • Global Architecture Blueprint: Architect multi-country, multi-entity Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions spanning Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

  • Fit/Gap & Standard Alignment: Lead business visioning and discovery workshops. Drive maximum adoption of Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP) while designing clean, extensible solutions for unique business requirements.

  • Cross-Pillar Alignment: Ensure smooth data flow and architectural consistency between Fusion SCM and Oracle Fusion ERP Financials (AP, AR, GL, Cost Accounting), CX, and HCM.

2. Cloud Integration, Data Strategy & Extensibility
  • PaaS & Integration Design: Define the integration strategy for legacy, 3PL, and specialized enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Event Grid.

  • Data Migration & Conversion: Architect the enterprise data migration framework using FBDI (File-Based Data Import), HDL, and REST APIs; establish data cleansing, mapping, and governance rules.

  • Extensibility Strategy: Formulate clean core strategies utilizing Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Application Express (APEX), or OIC to avoid intrusive customization.

3. Governance, Release & Strategy Management
  • Design Authority: Establish the Solution Architecture Review Board (SARB) to maintain architectural integrity, review Functional (FDD) and Technical (TDD) design documents, and enforce standard configuration practices.

  • Quarterly Readiness Strategy: Establish release management processes to evaluate Oracle Quarterly Cloud Updates (e.g., 26A, 26B), performing impact analyses on existing configurations and recommending new feature adoption.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Design real-time enterprise visibility solutions using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher), and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / BICC.

4. Enterprise Advisory & Practice Building
  • Executive Engagement: Articulate architectural trade-offs, business ROI, and technology roadmaps to CXO executives.
