Job description

Job Summary:
Infosys is a global leader in providing comprehensive Oracle services that accelerate business growth and digital transformation. In the role of Package Consultant 2, you will participate in requirements gathering, contribute to solution architecture design, and develop and integrate new features into existing applications while ensuring compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in multiple ORMB implementations in production support upgrade enhancement.
• Should have experience of end-to-end installation of ORMB including prerequisites DB, WLS, Hibernate JAVA etc.
• Experience of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing ORMB system architecture and functionalities.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of fundamentals on Oracle database including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience of production support with shift lead role.
• Should have experience in monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Understanding of SLAs and ticketing tool.
